Shipping and Return Policy – Where Heirloom Quality and Your Satisfaction Meet
Merchandise is produced and shipped within the current lead times which can vary depending on the time of the year. Except for items in our Quick Ship program, all merchandise is custom-made specifically for you.
Delivery will be unloaded curbside to your shipping location and does not include assembly or set up.
The road must be passable and easily navigable for large trucks with no weight restrictions. Redelivery charges may apply.
If merchandise is damaged in shipping, please contact Patiova during regular business hours by calling 610-857-1359 or by email 24/7 at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Discovery of damaged merchandise upon delivery may be refused for full credit, repair, or replacement. Such resolution is at the discretion of Patiova based on damage.
Merchandise with a manufacturer’s defect discovered during this period, or after the 72-hour return period, may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any; please contact Patiova for a warranty claim form.
Other than damage, if you have a valid reason for being dissatisfied with your Patiova purchase, please contact us within the 72-hour return period for a resolution determined by Patiova based on conditions which may or may not include a Return Authorization. If returned, and once the order is received and inspected, we will replace the item or refund the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling fees.
To receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts securely packed in all original packaging. Clearance items are final sale items and cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping. This requirement does not apply to a Manufacturers Warranty claim.
The returned item(s) are inspected immediately upon receipt. Any appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any charged sales tax is refunded in accordance with applicable state law. With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, shipping, delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping or pickup fees may apply. Refunds and Credits are based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days following receipt of the return items for any credit or refund to display on your credit card statement.
Purchase Through Authorized Patiova Dealership
Please check with your Authorized Patiova Dealership for their return policy. The return policy of any purchase through an Authorized Patiova Dealership’s supersedes any Patiova return policy except for a Manufacturer’s Warranty Claim.
