Love or Return Policy.

All Love. No Worries. You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return the item if you don’t fall in love with it.

We’re committed to delivering products you’ll absolutely adore. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to take advantage of our “Love or Return” policy.

More Information

Condition: The item must be kept in new condition. This is defined as unused, unworn, with no signs of wear and tear.

Packaging: The item should be returned with all original packaging intact. This includes tags, instructions, and any other materials that came with the product.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or any other proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without proof of purchase.

Return to an Authorized Dealer

Return Process: You can return your purchase to any participating PATIOVA dealer, even if purchased online. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at varamorainquiry@patiova.com for the current list of approved locations. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process. You may be able to return your purchase in-person to an authorized dealer, to help save on any shipping costs.

Return Process: If you are unable or not near a current participating PATIOVA dealer, please contact our customer service team at varamorainquiry@patiova.com. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process. Please note that due to the fluctuating nature of shipping costs, the responsibility for return shipping charges rests with the purchaser for online returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will promptly issue a refund to the original cost of your product. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

If a return is made and not valid through return terms, our team will work to do our best to help. Some options may include, but not limited to, online store credit for lowest advertised price.

Note: It is important to inspect all purchases upon arrival, before assembly. If there are any damaged parts or missing items, this falls under the quality assurance program. Some sale items (such as open boxed or clearance items) may not be available for our Love or Return Policy. 

Special Orders, returns, sale items, or cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Patiova’s VaraMora line of outdoor comfort modular seating is a cushy contrast from our traditional heritage heavyweight furniture line. Our VaraMora comfort line utilizes a thinner, higher-density poly. Approved by our Amish craftsman and built with all marine-grade hardware, our bolt-together system is designed and crafted to better handle outdoor living than other comfort modular systems.

Our VaraMora Comfort-Plus Warranty program covers our high-density poly, and our standard hardware is premium class marine-grade. That’s 20 years of industry standard poly protection, plus the assurance of how it’s connected, beyond what most other brands can offer.

For all outdoor comfort seating, our Amish-crafted cushions are guaranteed for one year – free from normal use tearing, mildew, or excessive fading. Our Amish-crafters are committed to providing you with a product of the highest quality and durability.

VaraMora Guarantees

Our work and quality of structural materials (high-density poly and marine-grade hardware).

High-density poly will not splinter, peel, flake, rot, or be damaged from insects. It will continue to maintain structural integrity with normal use, maintenance, and care.

Things VaraMora Can't Cover

All outdoor cushioned furniture requires a little more love, care, and maintenance.

Excessive use and abuse, neglect, damage, and/or extreme acts of nature.

Incorrect assembly and stripping of marine-grade bolts and screws.

Not properly maintaining and caring for outdoor cushioned furniture, leading to damage.

Minor wear and nicks from common use.

Animal and Pet damage.

Cushion rips, tears, stains, and/or damage by use.

Warranty Redemption Requirements

Customers must present original proof-of-purchase.

PATIOVA/VaraMora manufacturing reserves the right to determine all final redemption approvals and methods of fulfillment under this program. Our goal is always to provide superior customer satisfaction through our products and service.

Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to your situation.

Please note that due to the fluctuating nature of shipping costs, the responsibility for return shipping charges rests with the purchaser for online returns.

How to Redeem
  1. Contact us with details warrantyprogram@varamora.com
  2. You will receive an email regarding your warranty claim (please allow up to 14 days for a response).
  3. After receiving a warranty approval, clean, prep, and package your product for return. All shipping must be pre-paid and insured via the shipping service of your choosing. You may be asked for provide further information prior to approvals.
  4. Upon review of your warranty item, PATIOVA will either repair and return your item or issue a credit for the original cost of the product, so you may replace the item by ordering on our website.
  5. Typical turnaround is at 3-6 weeks but may be stretched longer during peak times of year. Remember it takes time for our Amish-crafters to review your unique situation.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Here are a few simple tips to keep the set you love looking like new.

General Cleaning

Your Poly Furniture
Remove surface dust with cold water. If any dirt remains, gently scrub your furniture boards using a soft sponge or plastic bristle brush with a mild soap and water solution.

Your Cushions
For everyday dirt or non-staining spills, simply remove any residue. Then mix cold or lukewarm water and mild soap. Rub the mixture onto your cushion cover with a soft bristle brush and allow it to soak. Then rinse well with water and air dry. (Never machine dry.)

Deep Cleaning

Your Poly Furniture
Use a pressure washer on the lightest setting (no higher than 1,500 psi) to clean heavy buildup. Ensure you keep the tip of your pressure washer 10-12 inches away so it doesn’t cause damage.

Your Cushions
Never power wash your cushions. For stubborn stains remove as much dirt as possible. Then soak the fabric in 1 gallon of cold water, ½ cup of bleach, and ½ cup of mild soap for 1 hour. Afterward, rub the mixture in with a soft bristle brush, then rinse thoroughly with cool water and allow the fabric to air dry.

Select detergents (marine-related products from a dry cleaning supply store) can be used if desired. However, using a post-cure fluorocarbon can reduce some of the water and stain-resistant properties of the fabric.
